When I make a piece of teacup or a bowl, I try to imagine the face of the person who will buy it.

The moment when I feel rewarding is when a customer who has purchased it once tells me honestly, "It would be easier to use if you did this a little bit more here" the next time you visit. It's like taking that opinion into the next step and creating a better product together with the customer.
